- ✔ Capacity: 72 oz pitcher, 2 x 32 oz cups
- ✔ Blade Types: 4 different assemblies
Mastering Smoothies & Frozen Drinks
Use the large 72 oz pitcher for family-sized smoothies or frozen drinks for summer gatherings. For best results, layer your ingredients with liquids at the bottom to ensure smooth blending. Utilize the Auto-iQ preset programs designed specifically for smoothies and frozen beverages to get consistent, delicious results every time.
Pre-freeze fruits like berries or mango chunks for creamier textures. Also, add a splash of juice or coconut water to enhance flavor and prevent ingredients from sticking to the blades.
Optimizing Food Processing & Prep
The Ninja BN805A Pro Plus’s multiple blades, including chopping and dough assemblies, make prep work quick and easy. For chopping, cut vegetables into smaller pieces before processing to reduce strain on the blades. Use the dough blade for bread or pizza dough, and ensure your ingredients are at room temperature for better kneading results.
Keep the processor capacity in mind; overloading can lead to uneven results. Use the pulse function for better control when chopping or kneading.
Cleaning & Maintenance Tips
After each use, rinse the blades and pitchers immediately to prevent food residue from drying and sticking. For a deeper clean, blend warm water with a few drops of dish soap on the auto-clean setting or manually wash the components with a soft brush.
Ensure all blades are dry before storage and periodically check the blades and seals for wear, replacing parts if necessary to maintain optimal performance.
